A tree-planting campaign held within the framework of the "Green World Solidarity Year"

The Azerbaijan State Water Reserves Agency also contributes to the large-scale environmental measures implemented in our country under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev’s leadership. Every year in the spring and autumn seasons, large-scale greening and landscaping affairs are carried out in this direction.

Within the framework of the "Green World Solidarity Year", the next tree-planting campaign was held by the Azerbaijan State Water Reserves Agency and the Yasamal District Executive Authority. The administration and employees of ADSEA, Yasamal District Executive Authority, Yasamal municipality participated in the action.

More than 1,000 trees were planted in the SAHC residential complex, as well as in the Agency's offices and enterprises, as part of the greening measures. During the action, improvement of the area was carried out, newly planted seedlings were watered and agro technical care was provided to other trees.

It should be noted that 2024 was declared the "Green World Solidarity Year" in Azerbaijan in order to strengthen international solidarity in the global fight against climate change by the President Ilham Aliyev’s Decree. In this framework, it is planned to expand green areas in the country.
