Actions for the implementation of the Road Map on "Connection to the water supply network" are in progress

To ensure the implementation of the Road Map for 2022-2023 regarding the implementation of the improvements related to the "Connection to public utilities (water supply network)" indicator of the World Bank Group's "Favorable Business Environment" project, "Azersu" Open Joint Stock Company implemented a number of measures.

In order to protect consumer rights, consider appeals and keep them under control, the Complaints and Appeals Investigation Department was reorganized, and the Ecology Department was established for environmental issues related to water.
