The number of "Azersu" OJSC subscribers increased by 4.1 percent within the last year
In the last year, the number of subscribers of "Azersu" Open Joint Stock Company increased by 68.6 thousand or 4.1 percent. As of October 1, 2022, 1,731,949 subscribers were registered as the consumers of drinking and waste water services across the country. 1,664,114 or 96.1 percent of them are population and 67,835 or 3.9 percent are non-population group subscribers. During the reporting period, the number of population group subscribers increased by 65.2 thousand or 4.1 percent, while the number of non-population group subscribers increased by 3.4 thousand or 5.3 percent.
Currently, 88.7 percent of subscribers using drinking and waste water services are provided with a meter. The level of metering is 88.4 percent for population group subscribers and 96 percent for non-population group subscribers.
