A person who deceived subscribers appeared in Khirdalan

A person who deceived citizens by presenting himself as an employee of “Azersu” OJSC appeared in the 27th block of Khirdalan city, Absheron region. The man, who introduced himself as Vusal, demanded money from a subscriber living at  Nasiba Zeynalova Street 1 in exchange for the cancellation of receivables and replacement of the water meter. He told the subscriber that if she pays 80 manat, the water meter will be replaced with a new one and the debt will be completely reset.

In this regard, the subscriber appealed to the Absheron Sukanal Office and provided images of a person named Vusal. The Absheron Sukanal Department will appeal to law enforcement agencies in connection with the fact.

“Azersu” OJSC once again informs subscribers that in case of such cases, first of all, they should demand a card from these people and never pay them in cash. Replacement of the meter does not affect the write-off or reduction of receivables.

Subscribers are asked to pay for the use of drinking and wastewater services via the Internet (azersu.az, e-su.az portal, various payment sites), banks, post offices, as well as payment terminals.
