In January-March, 173,000 appeals registered for e-services

To ensure efficiency, transparency and effectiveness in customer services provided to citizens by “Azersu” OJSC necessary measures are being taken to create new electronic services. Access to e-services is being expanded in accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the "Regulation on the “E-government portal" and measures to expand e-services.

Starting from 2012, “Azersu” OJSC has taken the necessary measures in this area, increasing the scope and number of e-services every year. In January-March 2022, 173,000 appeals related to various e-services were registered and directed by citizens. The largest number of appeals were registered for the services “View your for water supply online", "Electronic appeal" and "Electronic invoice".

In total, 1,847,000 addresses had been submitted by citizens since the services were launched. Citizens can use the services through the e-Government Portal www.e-gov.az and the website www.azersu.az. E-services simplify and facilitate citizens’ and service organizations’ activities. Using these services, citizens do not face additional time loss and transportation costs.

At present, “Azersu” OJSC provides 19 electronic services:

  1. View your for water supply online
  2. Online payment of water debt
  3. Change of subscriber data
  4. Appeal for technical condition for connection of sonsumers belonging to population group to water supply and sewerage disposal systems
  5. Providing information on subscriber reguarding “Water supply and sewerage services”
  6. Providing reference on having no debt for “Water supply and wastewater disposal services”
  7. “Appeal for repair or replacement of disordered water meters”
  8. “Appeal on replacement of sealing”
  9. “Appeal for elimination of breakdown occured in water supply and sewearage disposal system”
  10. “Electronic appeal”
  11. “Providing consumers on population group with invoices and payment information on water supply and sewerage discharge for the last 12 months”
  12. “Registration of a new consumer on population group”
  13. Providing consumers on the population group with meter reading and formulating an invoice”
  14. “Appeal for checking water samples”
  15. “Appeal for debt investigation”
  16. Water meters installation request”
  17. “Request on temporary suspension and restoration of water supply and wastewater discharge service”
  18. “Specifying the address information of subscriber”
  19. “Electronıc invoice”
