“Azersu” OJSC has started accepting applications for recruitment electronically

Recruitment of qualified and professional specialists is important in increasing the efficiency of production processes at “Azersu” OJSC. In accordance with the challenges of modern times, “Azersu” OJSC has started accepting applications for employment electronically. For this purpose, a "Career" section has been created on the official website www.azersu.az and integrated into the e-Government Portal via the e-su.az portal.

Those wishing to apply for recruitment can register on the official website of the Society by selecting one of the sub-sections "CV application" and "Vacancy" in the "Career" section and entering their ID (PIN) number and mobile phone number in their name. Applications submitted through the "CV application" section are included in the personnel reserve database.

The "Vacancies" sub-section indicates the specific vacancies and citizens can apply without leaving this section after receiving information about the position.

In both cases there is a ready-made electronic application form. Since the portal is integrated into the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the personal data of the applicant is displayed in that form. Empty cells, especially those marked with an asterisk, are filled in by the applicant. Applicants include information about education, work experience and awards.

Taking into account ensuring objectivity and transparency, which is one of the priorities of “Azersu” OJSC's human resources policy, recruitment is carried out in 4 stages - electronic application, knowledge test, interview and formalization of labor relations.

Those who pass the interview are appointed to the relevant position when there is a vacancy. If there is no vacancy, the candidate is included in the reserve database and is invited by contacting him / her in the future if there is a vacancy in accordance with his / her specialty and profession.

It should be noted that only candidates who meet the requirements for the vacancy are involved in the knowledge test.
