Specialists of the Central Laboratory attended the webinar
A webinar on assessment and minimum weight on laboratory scales was organized by the Turkish office of a well-known Swiss company Mettler Toledo in the field of laboratory equipment. The webinar was attended by specialists from a number of foreign laboratories specializing in drinking water, as well as specialists from the Central Laboratory of “Azersu” OJSC.
The webinar touched upon issues related to the use of scales in the laboratory and production, calibration, verification of accuracy and precision, the minimum weight value. Recommendations of laboratory specialists with extensive experience in this field were heard.
It was noted that determining the tolerance values of the scales is extremely important in terms of accuracy and quality of the scales. Determining the minimum weight value of a scale is an important factor in determining whether it meets the standards.
