Receiving money from consumers in Water pipeline economy is prohibited for controllers!
Population consumers should pay the value of water supply and sewerage service based on notifications presented to them by the following ways:
a) In bank and post offices
b) In Paypoint indemnification terminals
c) Via internet and by plastic cards
Non-population consumers can pay the value of services rendered based on invoice (electronic tax invoices) by settlement account and deposit account in cashless rule or by cash indemnification shown above.
In all contracts concluded with consumers on services in water supply and sanitation, indemnification time adapted “Water usage rules” is 10days.Indemnification time is 10 days in all voices and notifications representing consumers every month by Sukanal Department.
