Trainings on the payroll and personnel management module have been organized

   “Azersu” OJSC continues to carry out measures on the transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Presently the payroll calculating is carried out by payroll and personnel management module of 1C software.

  The specialists of "Azersu" OJSC are regularly involved in trainings in order to improve the module and overcome the difficulties arising while using the software. For increasing the knowledge and skills of employees trainings on the payroll and personnel management module have been organized. The accountants of offices and enterprises of "Azersu" OJSC, the specialists of Personnel/Payroll Services Division (PPSD) participate in the trainings.

   In the training the participants are informed about organization of working time (records), registration and payment of the revised working hours, using payroll calculation document, removal of the annual reports submitted to SSPF, formula for calculating vacation days and other issues.

   Note that “Azersu” OJSC was awarded the first place by Institute of Certified Financial Managers (ICFM) for carrying out transition to International Finance Reporting Standards successfully and taking active part in staff trainings in 2012.
