Risk management trainings have been held

   “Azersu” OJSC pays special attention to introduction of new technology in order to improve the efficiency of industrial processes. Recently the introduction of innovative technologies has yielded positive results.

   In some cases certain risks arise in introduction of new technology and production. In such cases remedial actions are taken for identification of and avoidance of risks. Good organization of risk management depends on professional level of the staff.

  “Risk management” trainings have been started in “Azersu” OJSC in order to improve knowledge and skills of the employees. The participants have been informed that risk factors can be manifested in all the areas of economy. Risk management is the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risk followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.

   Presently the program applied in “Azersu” OJSC set the stage for development of quality of internal audit and control processes. All these allow saving time and accurate determination of risks.

  At the training the participant have been informed about risk management system, risk reduction and risk avoidance, risk response planning, as well as strategic risk, personnel risk, risk of non-compliance and other risk factors.
