Trainings are started in Ganja city under “Regional training and development program-1”

   On August 19 an opening ceremony of “Comprehensive Training Plan” covering the western regions of Azerbaijan was held under “Regional training and development program-1” of “Azersu” OJSC in Ganja.

   Staff of “Azersu” OJSC, Ganja City Executive Power, the Ganja branch of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, higher education institutions, intellectuals and media representatives participated in the ceremony.  First the participants visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev. 

   Participating at the opening ceremony first deputy head of Ganja City Executive Power Mikayil Zeynalov stated that reconstruction projects of drinking water and sewerage infrastructures play great role in improvement of social welfare of population. Recalling the implementation of reconstruction project of drinking water and sewerage systems Mikayil Zeynalov said that construction and installation work is continued intensively.

   Deputy Chairman of “Azersu” OJSC for operation Kocharli Hasanov stressed Company’s priorities on the introduction of advanced technologies, innovations, use of the best global practices: “Considering all these factors specialists of the Stock Company are regularly involved to the trainings organized in our country and foreign countries. As part of this process in the frame of “Regional training and development program-1” comprehensive training plans are organized in the regions with the purpose of improving the professional level of staff. In order to improve the professional level of its staff our Company is constructing a new training centre in Baku to launch its work until the end of the year.”

Director of “United Sukanal” LLC of “Azersu” OJSC Etibar Memmedov stated that large-scale works are carried out in the regions in accordance with the instruction of President Ilham Aliyev. He noted that large projects on water supply and sanitation are carried out, new laboratory buildings are built and the latest technology is used.  With this purpose preparation of professional staff is one of the main goals of the Company ahead.  The training programs carried out in Sukanal offices to improve the knowledge and skills of employees.

Deputy head of Records Management Divison of “Azersu” OJSC Rahid Fatalizade said that trainings will be organized in 7 regions under “Regional training and development program-1” and totally 1500 employees will be involved to the trainings. The next training program is realized in Ganja covering the western regions of the republic. Totally 263 employees of 11 districts will participate in this training program.  

Various social programs will be carried out during the trainings in order participants to spend their leisure time usefully.
