Consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards received audit opinion

   “Azersu” OJSC continues to carry out measures for introduction of International Financial Reporting Standards. For the first time the Company prepared financial statements on compliance with international standards.

   Financial reports 2013 audited by one of the Big Four accounting firms, “Ernst &Young” and conducted a satisfactory opinion. Financial report including independent auditor`s report has been submitted to financial institutions and relevant government bodies.

   In accordance with the legislation “Azersu” OJSC put word document of consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 in the official website (http://www.azersu.az/122-Maliyy%C9%99+hesabatlar%C4%B1) of the Stock Company. 

   The financial statement of “Azersu” OJSC include comprehensive income, consolidated statement of changes in equity and consolidated statement of cash flows for the year then ended, and a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory information.
