Winners of table tennis and chess competitions have been awarded

  Results of table tennis and chess competitions that held on June 5 on the occasion of professional holiday of melioration and water industry workers and the 10th anniversary of establishemnt of “Azersu” OJSC declared.

   40 employees of different offices, enterprises, and organizations of the Stock Company joined the competition.  24 participants tested themselves on table tennis, 16 of them on chess. Competitions were held within the Olympic rules.

   According to the results Dilara Aliyeva, research fellow of “Sukanal” SRDI took first place in table tennis competition among the women. Among men`s table tennis competition Javid Jabbarly took the highest place. Semerkhan Rzayev, driver of Department of Transportation and Heavy Equipment was awarded the first place in chess competition.

   On June 11 awarding ceremony was held. The winners awarded prizes, diplomas and medals.
