“Azersu” OJSC started providing services to its customers in “Asan service” centers

   In accordance with the agreement reached between the Stock Company and State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “Azersu” OJSC started providing services to its customers in “Asan service” centers. “Azersu” OJSC offers the following services to customers in “Asan service” centers:

      -      to make amendments to customer data base;

      -      receive a debt statement;

      -      receive a receipt for amount deposited to pre-paid smart-card meter  since its installation;

       -     restore payment;

       -     providing with new smart-card

       -     restore of lost or damaged smart-card

       -      download limits to smart-cards registered for names of internally displaced persons who are rendered service by “Azersu” OJSC;

       -     receive a new card due to update of a smart-account

       -     to get information on using pre-paid smart-card water meter

    All the services are free of charge except for restoration of a smart-card (the fee is AZN 5). At the first stage these services will be provided in ASAN centers located in Narimanov, Yasamal and Khatai districts of Baku. The citizens can use the services provided in those centers regardless of their permanent address. In the nearest future “Azersu” OJSC services will be available in all “Asan service” centers.
