Trainings launched in Shamakhi city under “Regional training and development program-1”

On June 10 “Comprehensive Training Plan” has been started under “Regional training and development program-1” of “Azersu” OJSC in Shamakhi. An opening ceremony of the training program was held.

First the participants visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev and Heydar Aliyev Center. Then they visited the monument of Holocaust victims in Shamakhi.

Participating at the opening ceremony head of Executive Power of Shamakhi Asif Agayev said that reconstruction projects of drinking water and sewerage infrastructures played great role in improvement of social welfare of population: “The latest technology is used in implementation of drinking water and sewerage projects. In this respect to improve the knowledge and skills of the staff is very important.”

Director of “United Sukanal” LLC of “Azersu” OJSC Etibar Memmedov stated that large-scale works are carried out in the regions in accordance with the instruction of President Ilham Aliyev: “Presently, water supply projects are carried out in 24 town/rayon centers, as well as in more than 350 villages and settlements. Works in Guba completed and 10 towns have been supplied with drinking water from new source. SCADA system is used in implementation of these projects, modern laboratories are constructed, and the latest technology is used. Training professional staff is very important for management of new infrastructures. Such actions will play an important role in improvement of knowledge and skills of staff in regional Sukanal offices”.

The trainings are conducted by specialists. During the trainings special attention is given to the participants to spend their leisure time usefully. An excursion will be organized to beautiful places of the region.

Trainings will be organized in 7 regions under “Regional training and development program-1” of “Azersu” OJSC. At the trainings involving of 926 employees on 8 positions and professions (profit group leaders and engineers, supervisors of water pipe sector, accountants, computer operators, experts, chiefs, fitters, inspectors on staff) of “United Sukanal” LLC and other regional Sukanal offices is planned.
