“Summer school” program was successfully completed

  “Summer school program” organized in accordance with the agreement signed between “Azersu” OJSC and Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University (AACU) under cooperation on education, science, specialization and employment was successfully completed. In the frame of 2-month-long program 20 AACU students studying on melioration and water industry engineering got acquainted with the processes of enterprises and organizations of “Azersu” OJSC.

   Under the program visits were organized to I and II Baku water pipelines, Kura Water Pipelines Compound, pumping stations of H. Z. Tagiyev Water Pipelines Office, Oguz-Gabala-Baku water pipelines, Jeyranbatan Water Treatment Plants Compound, Hovsan Aeration Station and other entities and plants. In the production fields the students were informed about the sources, as well as the work regime of the water pipelines, the quality and transportation of water, and other issues. During the visit the specialists of “Azersu” OJSC answered the questions of the students.

   A meeting was held with AACU students on the results of “Summer school” program. At the meeting it was noted that the students' familiarity with the industrial areas has created a great impression, and they mastered extensive practical knowledge.

  Note that II-IV year students of the university will be involved to the trainings in the offices and departments of “Azersu” OJSC under “Summer school” Program every year. The specialists of “Azersu” OJSC will take parts in seminars, lectures, commissions of examination and councils. The students who successfully graduated from the university will be ensured with work in “Azersu” OJSC.
