The number of subscribers that “Azersu” OJSC renders service has increased to 1171065
Between January and June months of 2013 the number of subscribers that "Azersu" OJSC renders service has increased by 35 thousand subscribers or 2,9 %. According to status data as July 1, 1171065 subscribers throughout the country registered as water and sewerage service users. These include: household subscribers – 1132575 or 96,7%, non-household subscribers – 38490 or 3,3%.
In the first quarter of 2013 the number of household subscribers increased by 2,6 %, non-household subscribers increased by 16%. During the report period the number of subscribers has increased due to strengthening control measures, registration of illegal connections, as well as registration of new subscribers.
Thus the number of subscribers provided by water meter is 529 180 or 49,3% according to status data as July 1.
