Introduction of 3 new modules of 1C program has begun

  In recent years, great success has achieved in the field of the country's socio-economic development and integration into the world economic system. There is a need to introduce modern practices and reforms in the economic fields regarding with the formation of a new financial system. In this respect establishing a new accounting system based on International Financial Reporting Standards in economic entities is very important. Transition to the new system was accelerated in “Azersu” OJSC which carries out reconstruction projects of water supply and sanitation systems.

  A relevant commission was established in Joint-Stock Company due to transition to the new system and a number of organizational and technical issues were resolved. Taking into account the close relations of accounting system with other fields it was decided to introduce new programs in this field. In this regard the latest software products in the world were studied. Taking into consideration the current status of organization of accounting system in the Joint-Stock Company 1C program was preferred.

  “Azersu” OJSC began the introduction of 1C program with consulting company with great experience in this field. An agreement was signed with the consulting company and some issues on introduction of the program were discussed.

  Firstly work on introduction of 3 modules of the program (accounting, payroll and personnel management and automation of consolidation procedures of the financial statements) has been begun.

   In order to form accounting base on the software as of 1 January  2012 collection and entering of  staff list, statutes, personnel flow and management reports, financial statements and other reporting forms to the system was ensured.

  Presently in 34 offices of “Azersu” OJSC data base of the employees was established, information on personnel records and calculation of salary entered the system.

  Training regarding with 1C program were organized in “Azersu” OJSC and essence of the program was explained to the specialists and accountants.

   At the next stage more 3 modules of the program (storage and transportation facilities, as well as automation of forecasting and budgeting process) will be applied.
