The number of subscribers that “Azersu” OJSC renders service has increased to 1155151.
In the first quarter of 2013 the number of subscribers that "Azersu" OJSC renders service has increased by 19 thousand subscribers or 1.7%. According to status data as April 1, 1155151 subscribers throughout the country registered as water and sewerage service users. These include: household subscribers – 1118773 or 97%, non-household subscribers – 36378 or 3%.
Between January and March months of 2013 the number of household subscribers increased by 1,3%, non-household subscribers increased by 10,2%. In the first quarter of 2013 the number of subscribers has increased due to strengthening control measures, registration of illegal connections, as well as registration of new subscribers.
Thus the number of subscribers provided by water meter is 529 180 or 47,3% according to status data as April 1.
