The majority of the respondents pay the service fees on time
“Azersu” OJSC pays special attention to the public opinion with the purpose of increasing of the quality of water supply and sewerage services rendered to the population. With this purpose surveys are regularly conducted on www.azersu.az website. The last survey that has been conducted since September of 2012 was on payment of service fees.
The survey “Do you pay services fees” had 3 answers: “in a timely manner”, “delaying” “do not pay”.
1090 people joined the survey. 828 or 76% people of them pays service fees in a timely manner, 109 or 10% people said that they delay the service fees. 153 or 14% people of them do not pay service fees.
Note that “Azersu” OJSC begins new survey on its website. The visitors may join the survey “How water is delivered to your house?”.
