Hungarian Company is interested in cooperation with “Azersu” OJSC

   Gorkhmaz Huseynov met with the delegation leaded by Csaba Haranghy, the head of the Urban Water Management of Budapest, Secretary General of Water Business Cluster. Noting the high level of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary chairman of Stock Company informed on development processes and infrastructure projects carried out in Azerbaijan. Mr.Gorkhmaz Huseynov brought to the attention of the participators that large water and sewerage projects are carried out in Baku, as well as in the regions and in implementation of the projects the latest technologies are used: “”Azersu” OJSC carries out managements projects of water and sewerage, as well as stormwater. A great part of these projects are carried out at the expense of investment allocated by the state budget. At the same time more over 10 projects are financed by loans allocated the international financial institutions. We research the experience of water companies carried out reforms and reconstructed the infrastructure. Given that both Azerbaijan and Hungary were parts of socialists system, in this respect your organization’s experience is interesting for us. So we are interested in cooperation with “Water Business Cluster”".

    Secretary General of Hungarian Company stated that reconstruction works on water supply and sewerage systems in have begun since the 90th years of the last century and outdated technology were completely reconstructed. He also noted that they are interested in cooperation with “Azersu” OJSC for participating in the water projects carried out in Azerbaijan: “Our Company specializes in planning of the construction of reservoirs, water treatment plants, as well as tunnels for discharge of sewage and rainwater. So far, we have implemented major projects in Russian cities of Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk".

   Chairman of “Azersu” OJSC Gorkhmaz Huseynov invited Hungarian Company to participate in bidding for construction of tunnel sewerage collector of 200km, 45 Nos wastewater treatment plants in the regions.

  After the meeting the guests got acquainted with construction of Jeyranbatan Ultra-filtration Water Treatment plant, collector for discharging of stormwater in Khirdalan and new building of central laboratory.
