A cooperation agreement was signed between "Azersu" OJSC and Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University

   On December 19 an agreement was signed between “Azersu” OJSC and Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University (AACU) under cooperation on education, science, specialization and employment. The agreement intends cooperation on ensuring “Azersu” OJSC with relevant specialists, increasing the professionalism of the employees, education, science and production.

   At the signing ceremony recalling the university experience in training staff on construction engineering the rector Prof. Gulchohre Memmedova drew attention that this cooperation is very necessary for the sides: “It is very necessary to be in close contact with production and exchange experience for training highly qualified employees. I think that it will be very useful for our university to be in close cooperation with “Azersu” OJSC.”

   Informing about the projects under reconstruction of water supply and sewerage systems in Azerbaijan chairman of “Azersu” OJSC Gorkhmaz Huseynov said that drinking water and sewerage systems projects are carried out in Baku and its suburban areas, in the centers of the districts and towns, as well as in the villages. There is a great need for specialists in “Azersu” OJSC for mastering the management of the latest technology and international experience with the purpose of high-quality implementation of work: “Young engineers with bachelor degree of the university will be sent to study abroad the master degree under Scholarship Program of “Azersu” OJSC. At the same time the successfully students will be provided with additional scholarship. Foreign experts will be invited to the university with the support of “Azersu” OJSC.”

   According to the agreement between the sides II-IV year students of the university will be involved to the trainings in the offices and departments of “Azersu” OJSC under “Summer school” Program. The specialists of “Azersu” OJSC will take parts in seminars, lectures, commissions of examination and councils. The students who successfully graduated from the university will be ensured with work in “Azersu” OJSC.

   Then the agreement under cooperation on education, science, specialization and employment was signed between the sides. Chairman of “Azersu” OJSC and Prof. Gulchohre Memmedova signed the agreement.
