Works on reconstruction of water supply and sewerage systems of the regions are successfully continued

   “Azersu” OJSC carries out Action plans for improving the water supply and sewerage systems of the regions as well as Baku. Large-scale works are carried out for reconstruction of water supply and sewerage systems in the regions under “State Program on Socioeconomic Development of the regions for 2009-2013”

   Within 11 months of 2012 some measures were carried out for improving water supply and sewerage systems of the areas served by “United Sukanal” LLC, replacement of outdated equipments and water and sewerage lines with new ones.

   Distributional lines of 15,9km long were laid and Balashum-Boyuk Soyudlu transmission main of 13,5km were put into operation in Bayan, Bujag and Khachmaz villages. Water line of 3,7km was laid and a reservoir with capacity of 100m3 was constructed for solving water problem in Bash Dashagil village of the district.

   Water line of 26,9km was laid, 2Nos subartesian wells were drilled and 6Nos water tanks were installed in Shukuragali, Kolgishlag, and Mirashelli villages of Agdam, Gapanli and Gazyan villages of Tartar, as well as Alkhanli village of Fuzuli.

  At the same time projects were cariied out on improvement of drinking water supply systems of Danachi village of Zagatala, Khidirli village of Salyan, Shurabad and Turkoba villages of Khizi, Gilavar village of Shabran and Parizamanli village of Gadabay district. Generally water lines of 200km and sewerage lines of 3km were laid; 23Nos subartesian villages were drilled and put into operation in 30 villages of 9 districts. At the same time 226 valves, 14 electric motors, 116 different kinds of water pumps were installed. The measures carried out improved water supply systems of more over 32 000 people.
