812 appeals entered "Hot Line" during November of this year

    In November of 2012 812 appeals entered Hot Line 955 of “Azersu” OJSC by the consumers and the majority calls made by citizens. 53% or 430 appeals were connected to accidents on water lines. 199 of them were connected to problems in water supply and 182 were about sewerage problems.  

   Generally in January-November months of this year 8328 appeals entered to Hot Line by the subscribers. 44,6%o or 3711 of them were about the accidents on water lines. Over the last 11 months 3262 appeals entered Hot line for problems in water supply and 1294 appeals for sewerage detention. 44 appeals for water pressure and 12 appeals for the composition of water were entered Hot Line by consumers during 11 months. Appeals entered Hot Line were registered and investigated by the relevant departments of “Azersu” OJSC and the problems were solved.  

    Note that appeals entered to Hot Line on delivery of notices, water meter problems and payments were diverted to local Sukanal Departments.
