The winner of Bentley International Project Contes was AzersuGIS

  On November 13-14, 2012 final round of Bentley International Contest (Be Inspired), one of the prestigious contests was held in Amsterdam, Netherlands. A delegation led by the first Deputy Chairman of “Azersu” OJSC Teyyub Jabbarov visited Amsterdam for participating in the contest.

   The projects of 3 Companies-Gannet Felming Inc., NJS Engineers India Pvt. Ltd and “Azersu” OJSC were presented at the final round of the contest on “innovation in management of drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater”.  Samir Ganili, the head of department of Information and Communication Technology presented the project of “Management of underground infrastructure – AzersuGIS” and stated that this project is a geographical system including geographical inventory, network analysis and modeling works. Design works and evaluation of the current status of water supply and sewerage systems will be carried out with this system. Accidents on the works will be registered in the systems. At the same centralized management of drinking water, wastewater as well as stormwater, and management of construction and exploitation fields will be possible.
