Employees of “Azersu” OJSC were awarded at the international conference

   On 05-09 November 2012 International conference on Accountant and finance managers was held in London by Institute of Certified Financial Managers (ICFM). A delegation of accountants and finance experts of “Azersu” OJSC led by Mahir Mammadov, Deputy Chairman of “Azersu” OJSC for Economic Affairs took place at the conference.

  International finance institutions, experts of accounting, tax, financial controls and other economic fields of leading companies participated at the conference. Financial status of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and changes due to standards, economic status in the word, investments climate, financial instruments and other issues were discussed at the conference.

  Awards were presented at a gala reception organized by ICFM in different nominations. “Azersu” OJSC received the highest award for carrying out transition to International Finance Reporting Standards successfully and taking active part in staff trainings. This award was presented to Mahir Mammadov, Deputy Chairman of “Azersu” OJSC for Economic Affairs by Michael Kent, the president of Institution of International Accountants and the member of Royal Family. Kamaladdin Guliyev, head of Department of Accounting Methodology was awarded by nomination of “The Best Tutor”

  During the visit the delegation were to Parliament of Great Britain  and met with parliament members. At the meeting in England Bank application of international standards issues were discussed.
