“Azersu” OJSC is the most active state enterprise in resolving citizens' appeals

In the report of the Online Public Control Platform covering June-August 2021, “Azersu” OJSC was named the most active state enterprise that promptly resolves citizens' appeals. At the event dedicated to the results of the Online Public Oversight Platform, the head of MG Consulting, the executive partner of the project, Mohammad Guluzadeh, noted that many state enterprises and local executive authorities are already successfully cooperating with this platform: “The Monitoring Platform is the pilot project realized by the National Platform Open Government and executed by MG Consulting LLC with support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to address the issues of public utilities, roads and infrastructure, landscaping and other issues of concern to the relevant government agencies and to make them more easily resolved. More than 40 countries around the world use this experience. Through the Public Oversight Platform, 60 percent of citizens' appeals and complaints have been resolved. "100 percent of appeals on “Azersu” OJSC have been resolved positively."

13 state enterprises and local executive authorities that successfully cooperated with the Online Public Control Platform were awarded within the event. “Azersu” OJSC has been awarded the prize for the most active state enterprise that promptly resolves citizens' appeals.
