Due to the increase in turbidity in the Kura River, the drinking water supply will be limited in some residential areas
Due to rains in the regions, the turbidity in the Kura River increased and the water treatment in the Kura water treatment plants has been suspended. Due to this, the supply of drinking water will be interrupted to the cities of Shirvan and Hajigabul, villages along the route of the transmission main, as well as parts of Garadagh, Sabail and Binagadi districts of Baku on August 27, 2020.
