The implementation of the pilot project in Narimanov district has been started
“Azersu” OJSC continues Action plan to improve of subscriber base, improving the quality of service rendered to the consumers and accurate accounting of the debts. For this purpose leading international experience is learned and new technologies are applied. Implementation of new pilot project in Narimanov district of Baku has been started by June. According to the project carried out together with the employees of Istanbul Sukanal Office of Turkey reading the water meter, issuing of the notifications and invoices and control over payments will be carried out by new methods. With this purpose the area where the project is carried out is divided to parts and groups are being established for carry out control measures. Checking of water meters, issuing of invoices and notifications will be carried out not only by a supervisor but also by those groups. This will help to improve control measures and increasing transparency in this sphere.
In connection with the implementation of the project the employees of Commerce Department of “Azersu” OJSC carries out enlightenment works in the district where pilot project is carried out together with experts of Istanbul Sukanal Office. The employees of Narimanov Sukanal Department of “Baku Sukanal” Office were informed in detailed on advantages of the new system and noted that pilot project is carried out for eliminate subjective cases and increasing the payment level. If the pilot project is carried out successfully it will be applied in other areas.
