Trainings are organized for increasing the level of professionalism of employees.

    “Azersu” OJSC draws special attention to increasing the level of professionalism of employees; improving their knowledge, skills and work experience. A Training and Education Center was established in the Stock Company for identification of training needs, preparation and implementation of training programs. Constantly courses are organized for water sector employees by local and foreign specialists related to improvement of management system in the trainings organized by the Center on different activities. 

    For this purpose trainings on “Construction methods and applied technologies of drinking water and wastewater systems” and “Applied technologies of welding of polyethylene pipes” were organized for technical supervisors. In the training construction of drinking water and wastewater lines, filling and strengthening, weld operations and health and safety issues were explained widely, expert opinions were heard on new technologies.

    Presently trainings on “Operation of wastewater treatment plants” are being held by Turkish experts for employees of Baku Sukanal of “Azersu” OJSC. In the trainings organized in Hovsan Aeration Station employees are informed about best practices on wastewater sources, treatment methods, biological processes, analyses of laboratories, etc issues and education activities on applying of new technology.

     At the same time trainings on “Designing of Wastewater Treatment Plant” were organized for employees of relevant divisions of “Baku Sukanal” Office and “Sukanal SRDI”. All stages of treatment of wastewater are explained widely in the training and the employees are informed on the last technologies.

    Over 100 employees of different offices and institutions of “Azersu” OJSC were involved to these trainings organized up to now.
