“Azersu” OJSC develops recruitment rules.

    “Azersu” OJSC carries out measures on improvement of management of human resources and eliminating subjective factors in recruitment process. Human resources division had been established for selection of the capacity, recruitment, efficient placement and transfer of the personnel, planning the increasing of the career, increasing of the level of the professionalism, ensuring the elimination of the subjective factors in recruitment process in “Azersu” OJSC since 2012. Recruitment process is carried out under the announcement of the Human resources division on vacant places. The knowledge and experience of candidates is controlled. The main factor in recruitment is the professional quality of the candidates in Human resources department. Recruiting of employees is carried out through the competition. At the first stage of the competition is carried out on testing (specialty examine), the second stage of the competition is personal interview held by a group consisting of “Azersu” OJSC specialists.

   In the first quarter of 2012 e-petition of over 4100 candidates were received and analyzed. 620 people of the candidates were tested and 57 of them recruited.
