A new transmission main is laid in Nasimi district of Baku.
“Azersu” OJSC carries out measures to improve drinking water supply systems of population. In accordance with Action plan existing transmission main that laid along Nasimi district Hasan Aliyev Street will be extended 300m with steel pipes(DN=500mm). Distributional reservoirs are drilled and valves are installed for supplying surrounding blocks and streets. Installation of valves on each distributional network will allow eliminate the accidents facilitating the management of the network and prevent water losses. Following Action plan construction and installation works in H. Aliyev str. are planned to be completed by the end of this week.
Note that 300m extension of the existing transmission main will substantially improve the drinking water supply of consumers in this area.
