The dwelling house built on the transmission main causes problems in elimination of the accident.

   On April 3 an accident occurred on a part of high pressured transmission main (DN=1200mm) transported drinking water from Kur Water Treatment Plant Compound to Binagadi pumping station settlement in the 3rd residential area of Bilajari. Water leak was appeared under the house owned by settlement resident Ilgar Shirinov. For eliminating the results of the accident employees of “Azersu” OJSC, local executive government and municipalities viewed the area. The preview was made clear that the residential house owned by Ilgar Shirinov was constructed illegally on the high pressured transmission main (DN=1200mm) and there was no any legal document. For eliminating the complications of the accident the kitchen floor of the house unraveled and the accidental place of the pipeline was determined. The illegal dwelling house built on he transmission main causes problems on eliminating of the results of the accident.

   It should be noted that construction of illegal dwelling houses and communal infrastructure objects was realized on the distributional lines and transmission mains in the 90s years of the last century. According to the investigations conducted by “Azersu” OJSC there are thousands of such apartment and objects. The buildings in the protection zone do not allow carrying out preventive work and difficult elimination of accidents that occur.

    “Azersu” OJSC states once again that during the construction of dwelling houses and commercial objects utility infrastructure conditions should be assessed and relevant opinion of relevant state organization as well as communal service institutions and for construction works should be obtained.
