The transmission main in Binagadi district is changed
Azersu” OJSC continues Action plans for improvement of water supply of people. In accordance with the Action Plan apart of the transmission main that supplies the 7th and 8th micro districts and Darnagul with drinking water is changed. 700m of the 4km long transmission main consisting of steel pipes laid from Binagadi central Pumping station to Z. Bunyadov str. in A. Rajabli str. causes water losses because of corrosion. Presently steel pipes are replaced with polyethylene pipes (DN=900mm). At the same time 500m long auxiliary water pipe (DN=300mm) is laid by polyethylene pipes for supplying residential areas in Binagadi. According to Action Plan construction and installation works are planned to be completed in the near future. Water supply system of the 7th and 8th micro districts of Binagadi will be improved as a result of works done.
