1862 appeals entered Hot Line in the first quarter of 2012.
In the first quarter of 2012 1862 appeals entered Hot Line 955 of “Azersu” OJSC by the consumers and the majority calls made by citizens. Nearly 62,1% or 1156 of appeals were connected to accidents on water lines. In March and January 544 appeals were entered Hot Line in connections with problems in water supply and 151 appeals on sewerage detention. Most of appeals were entered with connection of frosty and snowy weather in the first quarter of this year. Appeals on hardware and withdrawal of water meters were directed to local Sukanal departments.
All appeals entered Hot Line were registered and investigated by the relevant department of “Azersu” OJSC and the problems were solved.
