Modern drilling method does not require the transfer of communication lines and there is no need a large construction site. Drilling rig working on the base of modern technology is very profitable from the economic, technical and environmental point of view. 60% of construction works of the collector that began on November, 2011 has been realized. Installation of 1200mm long reinforced concrete pipes between the first and second mines has been completed. Works in the second and third mines is going end. Construction, installation works and renovation works are expected to be completed by the end of April.

According to the project wastewater of Bayil slope will be transported to wastewater treatment plant that will be constructed in “20th sahe”. Thus, environmental security of newly built parts of Flag Square and National Seaside Park will be provided. Note that water will be used for watering newly planted greenery after biological treatment in the wastewater treatment plan that will be constructed in “20th sahe”.
