"Azersu" JSC employees attended Preparatory Meeting - 6th World Water Forum.

     On 2-3 February Preparatory Meeting of 6th World Water Forum was held in Paris. In the meeting delegates from 110 countries met to discuss preparation process for Water Forum that will be held in Marcel city of France on 12-17 March. Participants of the meeting finished discussions on ”Agreement  bill on Cooperation processes". In the agreement document many-field problems on providing of suitable environment for providing water supply and sewerage system rights of individual person, water and healthy, water and green Planet, water and food safety, water and energetic, disasters connected to water, water and town-building, management, financing and development of water supply found their solution ways. Protecting and collaboration usage of transboundary water objects that very important for Azerbaijan was emphasized specially.

     It should be noted that Azerbaijan was represented in the meeting by delegation led by Adishirin Alakbarov, deputy director of “Sukanal Scientific Researches and Design Institute” of “Azersu” OJSC, doctor of sciences of geology and mineralogy. The Azerbaijani delegation was active in the discussions and some of their proposals were considered in the final document. Azerbaijan delegations are intended to attend to discussions on "Transboundary Waters", "Water and Health", "High-Level Roundtable" of 6-th World Water Forum.
