A group deceiving citizens and receiving money for water service were exposed.

      Last days some persons deceives citizens introducing themselves as an employee of “Azersu” OJSC. In these days 13th Police Department of Sabunchu District exposed a swindler group in Bakikhanov district of Baku city. Investigates has made clear that the residents of Sabirabad region Telman Zeyniyev, Jabbar Mehdiyev previously convicted and resident of Kurdamir region Salman Asadov introduced themselves as employees of Sabunchu Sukanal Department to residents of Bakikhanov settlement Mahir Ahmadov, Khuraman Khubiyarova, Elmira Eminova, Alexandra Garshkova, Shovkat Meherremova and Latifa Asadova and received 50 manats each of them on the 30th of January and the 6th of February in 2012.  They broke seals of water meters of over 25 apartments deliberately and stated that it was procreated by consumers and received money by way of blackmail. Within initial questioning the swindlers confessed that previously they were employees of “Azersu OJSC and they used fusty service card and false forms in this falsification.

       “Azersu” OJSC draws attention of consumers that in such cases to dial Hot Line 955 of the Stock Company and inform law enforcement authorities. “Azersu” OJSC warned consumers once again that to require supervisor service cards and not to pay cash to them in any case. “Azersu” OJSC does not take any responsibility for the cash consumers paid for water service, because this cash does not exceed their account. Consumers are requested that pay for water and sanitation services in Bank, Post Offices, pay points or via internet.
