Customer service departments started to operate

     For the purpose of considering of appeals received from consumers and solving their problems customer service departments were established in 11 rayon departments of Baku Sukanal Department of “Azersu” OJSC. These departments will be envisaged by signing contracts with population and non-population, investigating their applications, complaints and proposals, and solving their problems. Each appeal of subscribers will be registered in customer service department and they will be informed about results of investigation. Establishment of customer service in Rayon Sukanal Departments will allow regulating relations, as well as resolving problems of consumers.
