“Azersu” OJSC is honored the “Most Active State Enterprise” award

The Online Public Control Platform (www.e-nezaret.az) held an event dedicated to its quarterly activity covering the months of June-August. The appeals received on the platform within the last 3 months and their implementation status were discussed during the event.

It was noted that the Online Public Control Platform directs the problems with photo and video evidence to the relevant state bodies and achieves their solution. According to the results of the quarter, "Azersu" OJSC became one of the most active state enterprises that promptly resolved citizens' appeals and 84 percent of the mentioned problems were resolved.

At the event, a report on the applications received in June-August 2022 and their implementation status was announced. According to the report, 12 state institutions were determined to be active in considering citizens' appeals and they were presented with appropriate awards. "Azersu" OJSC was awarded the award of the most active state enterprise that promptly solves the requests of the guests.

At the same time, letters of appreciation were presented to 10 other state institutions for their help in solving the problems mentioned in citizens' applications in cooperation with the Online Public Control Platform.
