The Online Public Monitoring Platform project (www.e-nezaret.az) celebrates its first anniversary. Member of Parliament Fatma Yildirim, USAID Country Director Jaidev Singh, Open Government National Platform Coordinator Alimammad Nuriyev and e-nezaret platform leader Mohammad Guluzadeh spoke about the importance of the project and thanked government agencies for close cooperation with the platform over the past year.
It was noted that the Online Public Monitoring Platform directs the problems with photo and video evidence to the relevant government agencies and achieves their solution. During the year, 845 appeals were registered and 70% of them were resolved.
The event also featured a report on the appeals received within March-May 2022 and the status of their implementation. According to the report, 15 government agencies were found to be active in considering citizens' appeals and were awarded accordingly. “Azersu” OJSC has been awarded as one of the most active state-owned enterprises in resolving citizens' appeals.
