Implementation of the Customer Information Systems program is completed

The implementation of the Customer Information Systems (CIS) program is completed in all local water supply departments and areas of “Azersu” OJSC. At the final meeting on the implementation of the program and the results obtained, First Deputy Chairman of “Azersu” OJSC Teyyub Jabbarov spoke about the importance of the program and the opportunities created. It was noted that the MIS program is based on innovative technologies from around the world. The program was launched in October 2014 in Yasamal District Sukanal Department and was completed in late 2021 at Tovuz Sukanal. In the past, the population and non-population base of all water supply departments and areas and a number of service areas had been integrated into the CIS Program.

The purpose of the system is to register real-time applications from consumers in various areas, to ensure subscriber satisfaction, to automate the work and control all stages of the implementation process, to ensure accountability, to immediately reflect sales and payment information in the database and ensuring the flexibility of departments. Thanks to the opportunities created by the MIS program, meter readings of all consumers are read online and instant invoices are provided to subscribers, sales and payment and debt information is updated in the database in real time. Information received from the terminal about various cases detected during reading (meter faults, unregistered meters, meter and filling interference, illegal interference with the water supply system, inconsistencies between the actual situation and the subscriber's basic data, etc.) is processed by the system and sent to the relevant authorities.

   

In addition, the hotline is integrated into the CIS Program, and when the center registers calls for various purposes (meter, accident, debt investigation, etc.), the system generates various work orders for the relevant structural units. The status and sequence of execution of these orders is monitored through the system.

At the same time, incoming applications through the e-services provided by “Azersu” OJSC are registered in the CIS Program and immediately forwarded by the system. The services provided by ASAN service and ASAN kommunal centers are also successfully implemented due to the opportunities created by this system.

At the end of the event, employees of “Azersu” OJSC, who have made a special contribution to the implementation of the CIS program, were awarded.
