The next meeting of the Public Council under “Azersu” OJSC took place. Kocharli Hasanov, the deputy chairman of the society, presented membership cards to the members of the council and said that all the structures of the society are open for cooperation with them and operative support will be provided in resolving the issues raised: “Drinking and waste water management is a very wide and comprehensive field. Water treatment, transportation, storage, transmission to the network, delivery to subscribers, collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of wastewater are all complex technological processes. Our company serves more than 1.65 million subscribers and our main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. “Azersu” OJSC already receives appeals from members of the Public Council, each of which is investigated and necessary measures are taken. We will do a lot of work with you in the future, we will work together to ensure customer satisfaction. A room has been allocted in the administrative building for members and other technical measures are being taken. At the same time, your visits to processing plants, water sources, wastewater treatment plants, the Central Laboratory and other facilities will be organized.

Rauf Zeyni, Chairman of the Public Council under “Azersu” OJSC, said that appeals from citizens and NGO representatives to the members of the council are immediately forwarded to “Azersu” OJSC for investigation: "In the near future, the council's action plan will be approved, as well as regulations and rules of ethical conduct will be developed.
