“Azersu” OJSC’s employee became one of the finalists of the competition “Yukselish"

An employee of “Azersu” OJSC was among the finalists of the competition “Yukselish", which was organized for the first time in order to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual level and qualities and to establish a human resources bank in the country.

Ilhama Mammadova, Head of the Financial Reporting Consolidation Department of the Economy and Accounting Department of the Company, was one of 112 candidates among 11,760 participants of the competition “Yukselish”.

Under the supervision of the members of the Organizing Committee and managers, the participants who performed the tasks on the case "Smart City in Karabakh" and answered the questions of the managers were evaluated by the managers after the presentation of the case. According to the final evaluation, Ilhama Mammadova was awarded the 40th place among the finalists.

It should be noted that Ilhama Mammadova graduated with honors from the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute in 1994 and has an ACCA Dip IFR certificate. She occupied various positions in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the International Bank. She is employed at “Azersu” OJSC since 2011
